Matthew Hodges

This is Matthew the love of my life. We got to know each other under ugly circumstances but something fantastic came out of it. Matt is everything i want and more in a guy. The first time we met in London i was 100% sure this was the guy for me. I'll never forget how shy and vunrilble he was, all i knew was he had the kindest eyes i'd ever seen, with this adorable freckle under his right eye that emphasises it 100x more.
Our relationship is different from anything i've ever had because matt's in the army, theres no time for mistakes, arguments or doubts. He is the first person i've been able to trust fully, nobody looks at me the way Matt does he makes me feel so special and important. I never feel as pretty and as girly as i do when i'm around Matt, he tells me constantly how beautiful i am, even first thing in the morning when i'm a total terror. He has the patience of a saint and we never argue, there's nothing to argue over as jealousy, lies and the usual nonsense just don't have a place in our relationship. We are totally committed to one another, we are planning to get engaged around the time Matthew goes to Afghanistan. Some people say its rushed, to them i say, you don't understand what we have.
I could write about Matty forever but for all you people who don't know him all you need to know is he is the most beautiful, kind hearted and generous person i know. He has a beautiful soul that shines through every single day. I look forward to writing lots about us in the future.
