important things

I'm 24, i'm in my last year doing medical psychology at Glasgow University. I'm moving to London to work in Great Ormand Street in July. I plan on changing my title to Dr Charlene Crawford, because i've worked my ass off to gain the title.
I've had a hard couple of years with being ill and being involved with the wrong type of people. Finally i've sorted my life out though. I have a fantastic boyfriend who came hurricaning in to my life and changed everything forever. For the best. Shortly, before he goes to afghanistan we will be engaged. When you know, you know and i've never been more in love. Matthew's in the army which makes our relationship entirely different we have to be 10% committed to each other, there's no time for mistakes or messing around. In July we are getting our first house together, I have to set everything up myself and make it a home as Matt's in Afghan March 2010-sept 2011. Well i won't be myself i'll have little Tiger as he's mines, well, our 1st pet.

I have an illness called Lupus SLE, i've had it for a good few years now. Recently it's got worse, they've changed my medication to chemotherapy tablets, which has destroyed my white cell count and gave me all the side effects that come with chemotherapy medicine including hair loss, which for me is a MASSIVE thing to deal with having such long beautiful hair, but its inspired me to be brave and have a change. i'm known for my hair, but it's just hair i guess.
